How did you get into real estate?
The long way around! I spent a decade in HR, a decade in television and another running my own business. After making money buying and selling my own homes, I finally realized my forever career had been staring me in the face. I became a REALTOR® in 2018 and never looked back.
What can someone expect when working with you?
You’ll always know what’s going on. I’ll keep you informed, explain the why behind what we’re doing and tell you the truth—even when it’s not necessarily what you want to hear.
No games. No disappearing acts. No real estate BS. Whatever I can do to get you home is the priority.
Haven’t I seen you somewhere before?
Maybe! My two worlds collided when I became a host and producer of HGTV’s Property Virgins. Turns out years in television and a career in real estate make a pretty useful combination—especially when it comes to marketing homes and telling their stories.
Where do you work?
Hamilton and the surrounding area are home base, but my clients have taken me all over Southern Ontario—from Burlington and Niagara to Brantford, Caledonia and plenty of places in between.
Basically, if the right house is there, my car and I will figure it out.
What are you like outside of real estate?
I live with my husband, Jeff, who has become remarkably tolerant of my inability to actually stop working. I’m a Type-A, list-making, problem-solving Capricorn who loves good food, a good Scotch and a good laugh.
And my beloved Max may no longer be supervising from home, but he’ll always be part of my story. ❤️
